Amanda
Green started her dance training at the age of 2.5 in
Arlington, Texas. By age 7 she was dancing
competitively and continued her studio training for
the next 11 years. Following her graduation from The
Oakridge School in Arlington, Amanda attended Southern
Methodist University in Dallas where she was a four year
member and a captain of the three time NDA National
Champion SMU Pom Squad. In May 2011 she graduated from SMU
with a BA in Political Science and minors in Spanish and
Business; she is currently pursuing her Masters in Liberal
Studies from SMU. Amanda also began working for the
National Dance Alliance in May 2011, where she fell in love
with dance and teaching all over again. Amanda is excited
to work at a studio again where she can use her love and
passion for dance to help the young dancers further their
own love for the art as well as help them build important
skills in areas such as teamwork and communication.
